Pickup Procedures
MSP: Take escalator down one level below baggage, follow sign to “Transportation Center” turn left at the info. desk, take escalator back up 1 level to the Brown Ramp/Limos and your car and driver will be there.
Additional Services and Charges.
Airport parking: $10.00
Baggage meet: $15.00
Wait time: We grant a 30 minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 15 minute period.
Stops: Stops en route on point-to-point transfers are charged at $10 per 10 minute increment.
Gratuity: An 18% chauffeur gratuity.
Meet and Greet Services: Upon request, we will provide a person at the airport to provide meet and greet services for large groups and conventions. This service will be charged at $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.

Terms and Conditions
Payment: All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made.
Airport and Point-to-Point Cancellations: e understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will accept cancellations without a charge (payment processing fee will be deducted), up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Airport and Point-to-Point No Shows: A fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
