Payment: All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made.
Airport and Point-to-Point Cancellations: we understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. We will accept cancellations without a charge (payment processing fee will be deducted), up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Airport and Point-to-Point No Shows: A fee equal to the fare, wait time and chauffeur gratuity, will be charged when the client does not show at the pre-arranged pick-up location.
